One of my long-standing goals has been to reduce my overall meat consumption. For a while now, I’ve tried to incorporate one plant-based or vegetarian meal per day, which is actually relatively easy.
I figure even that small step is a nice breath of fresh air for the environment and a small step towards what we will eventually have to do if and when we move to Mars (haha, but seriously).
One really tasty plant-based product I came across is a local chef’s noodles called Noodelist. The soup base is plenty flavorful, with frankly nothing missing, and the noodles are chewy and good. It’s perfect for a quick lunch or dinner. I even added some green onions to mine! Can’t recommend more.
