I put sweatpants on for the first time since the winter today, and I let the crisp air flow in through my window. I can hear the breeze outside, but it’s different from the soft summer wind. Autumn wind is textured and brittle, delicate as it carries leaves that start to fall in all their grace. With less than a few months left in the year, I’m ever grateful for my health and peace.
As always, I’ll be writing about favorite new recipes, daily musings, and memories of travel. I hope you can find some calm in what I love and share too.
